The course is aimed at all students/graduates/doctoral students who are at the end of their schooling cycle and are approaching the world of work. Through learning basic coaching skills, as well as helping themselves to have more clarity and guide their professional decisions, they will be able to create their own Personal Brand and Storytelling.
Techniques will be acquired with a professional approach to customers, through empathic listening and focused questioning, you will be able to define and offer answers and solutions to your customers, removing doubts and uncertainties, and offering perspectives in keeping with your personal brand.
Inner emotional retraining
Learning coaching basics experienced on one's own person, through active and participative training. Rediscovery of one's own values, understanding when our wise part guides us or when our sabotaging part tries to interfere.
Apply acquired professional skills
Integration of what was learnt during the Coaching Workshop towards personal brand building, storytelling, job/client search processes.
Participative approach
A natural and deep relationship will be established, creating a safe and non-judgmental environment where people will feel comfortable freely sharing thoughts, emotions and empathy. Feedback and debriefing will be key moments where all these interactions come together.
Active listening learning
There will be opportunities to share thoughts and experiences directly with other participants, performing the exercises or simply following the course. Sharing and enjoying the experiences of others is a source of growth.
Gaining self-awareness
Individual coaching sessions will be held between the participant and the coach, where the coach is at the service of the participant. The purpose of this relationship is to build and deepen one's own path on an individual level.
Learning to listen to oneself
Participants will learn to listen to themselves more accurately and compassionately, through their own actions and reactions. Thinking to oneself, digging into one's soul. Sometimes it hurts, sometimes it is a relief, sometimes it is a surprise, sometimes it is a declaration of joy.
9 COURSE DAYS
Duration approx. 8 hours each, each day at 2/3 week time frame for a total of 5/6 months. Breaks every hour/half hour, 45mins/1 hour lunch break.
8 HOURS OF INDIVIDUAL COACHING
The individual coaching sessions will take place between the course days, this time is necessary for the participants to assimilate and become aware of the experiences made during the course day, and to process and experience them.
8 HOURS OF RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN PARTICIPANTS
During the course, participants will have the opportunity to interact and share their experiences.
The programme has a well-defined direction, useful as a lantern marking the way forward, but organic and free to take other directions according to the needs created in the moment.
